The Berkshires ask a house to do a lot: hold snow, take mud season, sit on old foundations, and still feel like a place you want to cook in. That is the work we take — kitchens with oak millwork, additions on cedar camps, entries that do not leak in January.
We walk the job, write a scope, and build it. If something is unknown — a rotten sill, a panel, a roof that was not what the last person said — it goes in the conversation before it goes in the invoice.
